Christ the King is a double stream Catholic Primary School with classes from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6 and two wonderful vibrant Special Needs Learning Support Centres. The school is situated 6 kilometres from the Fremantle harbour and 1 minute from the heart of Fremantle. Our school is set in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees and family homes.

The whole Christ the King community is committed to developing the best possible learning environment for the children in its care. At all times those who work at our school endeavour to uphold the Gospel values, particularly those identified in our vision statement. Our staff members are extremely dedicated to the school and approach their varied roles with professionalism and enthusiasm.

At Christ the King, we value the important role parents play in the education of their children. Parents are invited to contribute to the school in formal roles through the Advisory Council (formerly School Board) and Parents and Friends Association (P&F). Additionally, teachers are appreciative of the many parent and community volunteers who contribute their time and expertise to assist in classrooms, at sporting events and school excursions.

I have no hesitation in recommending our school to you as a vibrant, dynamic learning environment devoted to being Christ-Centred, Child-Focused and Research Informed.

Engaging teachers are at the very heart of our school, embracing and nurturing the creativity, open hearts and natural curiosity of young people.

Children also need inspiring spaces where they can explore and imagine, potter and play. Christ the King has excellent facilities: nature playgrounds, a vibrant library, a Science Lab, IT Learning Hub, contemporary classrooms and sporting amenities.

We offer something for everyone: outside of class there is sport, music, choir, dance, coding, lego and lots of play! Each child in our care is challenged and supported according to their interests and needs.
